Susan Miller is the Managing Director and President of California Registry. California Registry and its sister company, Elderlink, were founded by her mother, Irene, after her family experienced firsthand the challenges of finding the right care for a loved one. Susan has worked for California Registry for over 25 years, continuing the company’s mission of helping seniors and families navigate difficult care decisions with compassion and guidance.
Susan specializes in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Board and Care, and senior living guidance. Her background as a licensed RCFE Administrator provided her with firsthand insight into senior community operations, resident care, and industry standards.
In addition to her professional experience, Susan also has personal experience supporting family members affected by Alzheimer’s disease, giving her a deeper understanding of the emotional challenges families face when searching for the right care and support.
She works closely with families, hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare professionals, helping families find the right fit for their loved one during a difficult and often emotional time. Susan is known for her compassionate approach, strong industry relationships, and extensive knowledge of senior care resources.
